Our accounts are all handled securely online and invoices/statements are automatically delivered by email. This gives individual users the ability to pay via online or telephone banking.
Account related information can be provided in paper form if requested however a charge of £5 per document is levied to provide this facility.

Invoices are issued in January & July each year for that 6 month period;

All invoices are supplied with a 30 day payment term. COMC charge a £10 late fee if your invoice is not settled within this time. This charge goes someway to cover the associated costs.
If an overdue account (including any charges) falls more than 6 months behind, COMC will provide you with a final warning. This will allow you a further 14 days to remedy before our solicitors are instructed to act. Details of the additional costs will be provided at this point. This final warning is also copied to any other registered interested parties such as your mortgage provider or housing association.
